The challenge

Enterprise file sharing is broken—files leave the organization, policies stop at the perimeter, and quantum computing threatens current encryption. Governate needed a platform that makes security portable.

Our approach

We are about to launch a complete file encryption platform with quantum-resistant algorithms, policy-based access controls, and an SDK that follows the file wherever it travels.

We built a Golang core with AES-256 + Kyber hybrid encryption and a policy engine that embeds rules into the file itself, plus cross-platform SDKs. Files stay protected everywhere with zero dependency on network boundaries. The admin experience covers asset overview, per-file permissions and access limits, and org-level Asset Protection and password policy.
